Colbie Caillat Bubbly

When Colbie wrote Bubbly she decided she wanted to put in on her MySpace page to see what kind of reaction she would get. She never imagined that she would get literally thousands and thousand of plays a day. Colbie herself at first did not understand the appeal of the song but she realizes now she wrote a happy go luck song and it makes people feel good. For that she is grateful.

If you really listen to the words of the song they are very upbeat and positive, not like some of the other songs that are played on the radio today. The chorus of the song really says it all. She describes a feeling that she has never felt before and she describes how that makes her feel as well as how she feels in from her toes to all over.

It is a great upbeat song that can describe first love or a love that is so strong that you feel it every where in your body. This song is so popular on MySpace that it is available as a ringtone even before her album comes out. Inspired to write the song, Colbie credits her influences which include, Norah Jones, Fleetwood Mac, John Mayer, Gavin DeGraw, Jason Reeves and the Dixie Chicks.

You can hear all of Colbie's new hits on July 17th when her debit album titled Coco comes out. Right now you can catch her at these locations. July 17th she is playing at the Canal Room in New York City. July 21st at Jones Beach in Wantagh,New York she will open for the Goo Goo Dolls. Also appearing with the Goo Goo Dolls, Colbie will appearing in Pensacola Civic Center on August 1st. On July 23rd, she will appear Charter One Pavilion in Chicago.

By touring with a great band like the Goo Goo Dolls, it will give Colbie some great exposure. Experts do expect to see some great things from Colbie and if her debut record sales are as good as her download numbers from MySpace she will do very well.
